This is the whole policy, in plain English. AiGENT85 is run by Henry Chriss in Tampa Bay, Florida.

What I collect

When you send the contact form I receive your name, business name, email address, phone number if you give one, the type of business you selected, and your message. When you use the chat assistant I receive what you type into it. That is all. I don’t run advertising trackers or sell anything to anyone.

What I do with it

I use it to reply to you and to work on your project. I don’t sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside the services listed below.

Services that handle it on my behalf

Three companies touch this information so the site can work:

• Cloudflare hosts the site and logs standard request data, including your IP address, to keep it online and block abuse.
• Resend delivers the contact form to my inbox and sends your confirmation email.
• Anthropic powers the chat assistant. What you type in the chat is sent to their API to produce a reply. Anthropic does not train its models on it.

What not to send

The chat assistant and the contact form are for general questions and project requests only. Please don’t send health information, insurance details, card numbers, or passwords through either one. If you do, I’ll delete it and ask you to resend without it.

How long I keep it

Emails from the contact form stay in my inbox until the conversation is finished and I no longer need them. Chat conversations are not stored on this site after you close the window.

Getting it deleted

Email aigent85@outlook.com and ask. I’ll delete what I have and confirm when it’s done. You can also call or text (813) 493-0228.

Children

This site is for business owners and isn’t directed at anyone under 13.
